Stacey Silva and Florian Sukaj have got married once again. The “90 Day Fiance” star tied the knot with her longtime love on Thursday, November 3, more than two years after their first wedding.
According to PEOPLE, Stacey and Florian exchanged wedding vows at Saybrook Point Resort & Marina in Connecticut in front of 40 guests. “This is the moment that we’ve been waiting for,” the 48 -year-old told the outlet.
“We’ve been together eight years and been through so much and our love has survived. We’re here now. We made it,” she continued. “To say our vows in front of family and friends, it’s breathtaking.”
Stacey and Florian met on Instagram. They confirmed their engagement in May 2019 after being together for four years. “We met online. It was Instagram,” she gushed on “90 Day Fiance: Live” in September of that year. “He’s a jack of all trades. He designs furniture. He’s amazing.”
The pair then got married in April 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic. They exchanged vows in a small ceremony feauturing just the two of them and their officiant.
Recalling their first wedding, Stacey told PEOPLE, “It was very special and unique even though it was during a time where everybody was in lockdown.” She added, “We wanted to keep everybody safe and do things the right way, like the rest of the world and our love just couldn’t wait any longer.”
“We’ll never forget that moment because it was just so intimate,” the TLC personality further detailed. “But we’ve always wanted a dream wedding.”
For their honeymoon, Stacey and Florian want to go to “somewhere tropical and beautiful.” She later gushed, “We’re happier than ever… When we said our vows, it just felt right.”
