Long-Term 90 Day Fiancé Relationships That Eventually Ended

Although the success rate of the couples on 90 Day Fiancé is high, reality star pairs like Chantel and Pedro eventually went their separate ways.

Over the last few years, 90 Day Fiancé has featured many couples who married on the show and stayed together, but a few of them decided to split after spending years with each other. Some of the shortest marriages on the hit TLC reality franchise include Danielle Mullins and Mohamed Jbali’s. The duo appeared in 90 Day Fiancé season 2 and quickly tied the knot despite not knowing each other very well. As expected, the popular pair faced many problems before the Tunisian native walked out on the American woman within two weeks of marriage.

Another couple who didn’t stand the test of time included Mike Youngquist and Natalie Mordovtseva. The pair did not seem to be in love and had several blowout fights. However, they decided to tie the knot regardless of their problems. Within a few months of their marriage, the 90 Day Fiancé duo parted ways but remained together on paper. Deavan Clegg and Jihoon Lee are another ex-couple who seemed like a good match, but she left him eleven months after tying the knot.

Pedro Jimeno and Chantel Everett

Unlike Deavan and Jihoon, some couples have also stayed together for a long time before eventually calling it quits. Pedro Jimeno and his American wife, Chantel Everett are a notorious example. The duo debuted on 90 Day Fiancé season 4 and quickly became one of the most popular couples on the reality TV franchise. Their bittersweet relationship and fascinating yet toxic family members —particularly Pedro’s villainous sister Nicole Jimeno — made their story very compelling. Hence, TLC gave them their own spin-off show, The Family Chantel, which also became a big hit among fans. Unfortunately, all that on-camera drama harmed the couple’s relationship, as they fell apart five years into marriage.

Evelyn Cormier and David Vazquez

Evelyn Cormier and David Vazquez debuted on 90 Day Fiancé season 5. The two had a compatible relationship and married in October 2017 with plans to relocate to Los Angeles. Unfortunately, Evelyn and David’s marriage suffered various issues, eventually leading the young musician to admit her regret to her family. Evelyn said, “I knew immediately that I had made a really big mistake and I had to live with that.” She mentioned that she had hoped her marriage would work out, but she was oblivious to all the red flags. It took the couple five years to initiate their break up. They concluded their divorce in April 2022, within five months of their split.

Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tefou

Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tefou are a former TLC pair that stayed together for a significant time while entertaining viewers with their incompatible relationship. The two debuted alongside Chantel and Pedro on 90 Day Fiancé season 4 and became famous for their opposite lifestyles. Throughout their time on TV, fans saw a one-sided relationship, with Nicole getting “mom-shamed” for traveling back and forth to Morroco in hopes of making it work with her former partner. But Azan showed little to no concern for Nicole’s emotions. After being engaged for five years, Nicole finally told 90 Day Fiancé fans that she and Azam had decided to go their separate ways.
